Are you sure your products are vegan?
We certainly are! As Vegans ourselves, we have strict standards and make no compromises when sourcing our vegan sweets. We thoroughly check ingredients labels and double-check with the manufacturers directly to ensure all of our yummy sweets are cruelty free. You can download an ingredients list here.
How do I store my sweets?
If you can resist devouring your delicious selection within 4 weeks of receiving them, transfer them into an airtight container and store then in a cool place out of direct sunlight. This way they'll be fresh for up to 6 months so you can tuck into them at your leisure.
Are your sweets gluten free?

We appreciate and understand that a lot of people have various dietary needs and requirements. It’s our aim to provide and create exciting solutions to these issues so that nobody has to miss out.
Are your sweets nut free?
Many of our sweets are nut free. You can download an ingredients list here. Please contact us if you would like us to make a custom made free from nuts selection. Please be aware that unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the factories the sweets are made in do not handle nut ingredients.
Are you plastic free?
We are passionate about our planet and sustainability. Our boxes are 100% recyclable, compostable and reusable. Our paper filling in our boxes is made from recycled paper - it's recyclable, re-usable and compostable, we also use plant bases inks for our printing. Some of our boxes contain individually wrapped sweets that may contain a small amount of plastic wrapping. We are committed to finding more unwrapped sweets and hope to be 100% plastic free in the future. We are working hard behind the scenes, liaising with the manufacturers, encouraging them to switch to more eco-friendly alternatives.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ApplePay, and PayPal.
Royal Mail are our choice of carriers, but larger bulk orders, those requiring a signature and international orders may be sent with an alternative courier.
We use Second Class post as standard but you are able to upgrade to First Class shipping at checkout (additional charges apply).
You can expect your orders sent via second class post to arrive within 2-5 working days.
Can I order sweets if I live outside of the UK?
Absolutely! Simply add the items to your cart and select your shipping country. Shipping is automatically calculated for you at checkout.
We tend to leave the chocolatey types out of our international orders due to potential temperature fluctuations whilst they're in transit, that said though, if you'd still like them in your selection, please send us an email quoting your order number and we'd be happy to include some.
Please Note: any import taxes are the duty of the customer to pay if and where applicable.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with the Goods you have received, you can return them to us, at your own cost, within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
If the Goods have been received in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com. We may require photographic evidence if the box is damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
